Compared to competitive services, we provide a wide array of exercise modalities such as strength training, boxing, pilates, sports specific training,
kettle bell training, power plate training, pre and postnatal training and much more. We even provide general nutrition, massages, and detox programs.

Overall our program demonstrates the marriage of fitness and finances whether recognized by the individual(s) or not. Training sessions with Ammo are typically held at Peak Performance, a state-of-the-art facility in Chelsea Manhattan reserved for trainers and their clients. Your training includes the use of private shower and changing room for getting cleaned up and refreshed after your workout. Depending on how your training program is arranged, the Ammo Athletics team can also travel to your location.
