Today's tip is to master the basics before you get creative.
Before you stand on top of a bolson ball doing a single leg dead lift with some bands attached, try manipulating the rep ranges, the rest period, the tempo, and even the hand or foot position. This will send different signals to your brain to increase strength and/or size because you are challenging yourself in a safe and effective way. Before you heighten the risk of injury, try these basic tools in your tool box that you can use to maximize results.
